Another experiment today, this time it’s something I was wondering about iPhones. Even though we get newer processors and promised performance every year, does it really make a difference in our everyday life? So to test it, I put the iPhone X vs the iPhone 8 Plus vs the iPhone 7 Plus vs the iPhone 6S Plus and opened the same apps and games on each to see if there was any perceived difference in speed. Here’s what happened.

So there you go. Besides the fluke with the iPhone 7 Plus and that game, they were all over the place but yet still not too far off of each other. It makes think that besides more taxing apps and games, the vast majority we use all the time, don’t see much of a difference from the newer processors, no? What do you guys think?
